The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) score coffee on a scale of 1-100 in a process called cupping. Coffees scoring 80 plus points are classified as Specialty Coffees, guaranteed to be high-quality, coming from ethical sources, where human rights and the environment are respected.
Our coffee is above 85 SCA, putting it in the top 5% of coffee in the world.
For us, the most important consideration
